One of the key features of Employee Link is the ability to add "smart tasks" to jobs and schedule your workforce using the shiftboard. By doing so, you can ensure that your employees receive push notifications regarding schedule updates and new assignments. The shiftboard provides a clear overview of schedule "time-blocks" for your entire workforce, making it easy to plan your week and organize your crew simultaneously. Additionally, you can keep your team well-informed by adding job notes and pictures to their scheduled tasks.

An essential aspect of Employee Link is its time tracking capabilities. Employers can monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and location using GPS. The app generates daily updates of the timesheets, organized by pay period. You have the option to view detailed time logs or just the total hours worked for each shift. The app also calculates overtime hours and allows you to export the timesheet as a pdf via email.

With its user-friendly interface, Employee Link is a tool that your entire crew can easily use for clocking in and tracking time.
