Employee Link is a user-friendly mobile workforce management tool that allows you to efficiently plan time, track attendance, schedule, and communicate with your employees. It offers two distinct apps in one, catering to both employees and employers.

For employees, there is a simple time clock app that allows them to accurately record their clock in and out times, along with their GPS location. On the other hand, employers can take advantage of the powerful labor management app that simplifies scheduling and boosts productivity.

One of the key features of Employee Link is the ability to add "smart tasks" to jobs and schedule your workforce using the shiftboard. By doing so, you can ensure that your employees receive push notifications regarding schedule updates and new assignments. This level of transparency improves productivity as employees are aware of their tasks in advance.

The shiftboard provides a clear overview of schedule "time-blocks" for your entire workforce, making it easy to plan your week and organize your crew simultaneously. Additionally, you can keep your team well-informed by adding job notes and pictures to their scheduled tasks.

An essential aspect of Employee Link is its time tracking capabilities. Employers can monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and location using GPS. The app generates daily updates of the timesheets, organized by pay period. You have the option to view detailed time logs or just the total hours worked for each shift. The app also calculates overtime hours and allows you to export the timesheet as a pdf via email.

With its user-friendly interface, Employee Link is a tool that your entire crew can easily use for clocking in and tracking time. Employees can view their tasks, mark them complete with a single tap, and even add notes to describe their work. Tracking attendance and break time length helps increase productivity and reduce overtime costs.
